World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King 3.0.8 9464 patch

• Items

- Libram of Reciprocation now has a chance to increase critical rating. (Old - Haste rating)

• Enchanting

- Enchant Weapon - Lifeward - Permanently enchant a melee weapon to sometimes heal the wielder when striking in melee. (Old - healed for 140 to 160, it might just be a tooltip change and the healing could be the same as before)
-  Enchant Weapon - Titanguard Permanently enchant a melee weapon to increase Stamina by 50. (Down from 75)

• Engineering

-Scrapbot now let you repair your equipment.
-Death Knight (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)

• Blood

- Vampiric Blood now Temporarily grants the Death Knight 15% (down from 20%) of maximum health and increases the amount of health generated through spells and effects by 35% (down from 50%) for 20 sec.  After the effect expires, the health is lost.
- Druid (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)

• Balance

- Celestial Focus doesn't affect Starfall anymore.
Hunter (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)

• Survival

-(2/4/6%)
-Tranquilizing Shot cooldown has been increased from 6 to 8 seconds. Mana cost decreased from 12% of base mana to 8%.
Paladin (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)

• Glyph

- Glyph of Turn Evil now also increases the cooldown of the spell by 8 sec.
Rogue (Skills List / Talent + Glyph Calc.)
Assassination
- Ambush now awards 2 combo points. (Up from 1)
- Lethality now only increase the damage of of all combo moves that do not require stealth.
